We about us:

Actual we are QRV at 144 MHz,  during major contests, always portable, from JN 88GR, in SSB, with the callsign
OE 8 GVK / 3.

Rig: 400W, 4 * 8 El. Yagi YU7EF + 2 x 7 El Flexa-Yagi +
2 * Ho-Loop M² (new)  22 m above ground. The QTH (JN 88 GR) is  in Lower Austria, 50 km north to Vienna,  near Poysdorf, 410 m asl, with good take off in all directions.

We are  2 operators,
OE 8 KVK, Kurt
OE 8 GVK, Gert

and, very important,  we have a fine, small background team.
( The background team is my wife, my mother in law, and Michael )

We live and work  in Bavaria, Kurt  in Munich  and Gert in Rosenheim.

Our contest QTH ( JN88GR) in  Lower Austria is close to  the native village of my wife (village name is Ameis), in the district "Weinviertel". In the  farm  of my mother in law I was lucky to get enough room to store all the equipment, while we are not contesting.

For our portable shack  we always rent  a Volkswagen Crafter, for good service and best support we thank
